The role will see you being the face of Beca, greeting visitors and clients to our office and professionally handling calls. You will also help with administrative tasks such as organising couriers, stationary, scanning/filing/archiving documents and ensuring reception and all meeting rooms are maintained and presented professionally at all times.About YouYour experience so far will see you have great practical problem-solving skills and an ability to juggle competing demands.
