We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join a dynamic contact centre team in Queanbeyan. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a government-related environment, providing high-quality support to the public.Training & Support
Successful candidates will complete a virtual training program designed to prepare them for the role. Once training is complete, on-site support will be provided by experienced colleagues and managers.What We’re Looking ForExperience:
  • 2–3 years in customer service (call centre, administration, or retail)
  • Previous government experience is a plus but not essential
  • Office environment experience preferred
Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Intermediate computer proficiency including typing, mouse/monitor use, and strong email etiquette
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Teams
  • Technically savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
Availability
Candidates must be available to work Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.Apply Now
