Small Interior Design firm, supporting large scale projects across Australia and within a range of sectors.The role
8-16 hours per week anticipated, and working fully remote. Supporting the Business Director, you will be an experienced business administrator to assist with a wide range of activities autonomously.Typical tasks may include:
- HR support - advertising new positions, screening applicants, booking interviews
- Resourcing - scheduling work rosters and managing timesheet hours
- Managing insurances and other business policies
- Project administration
- Accounts support and invoicing
- Reporting
- Experience in a design practice preferred
- Solid experience within business administration and implementing robust processes
- Excellent software and technology skills
- A flexible approach to work
- Able to work autonomously
- Great communication skills, verbal and written
