You might be a Business Analyst or Project Coordinator looking to step into your first Project Manager role, or someone who has worked across multiple projects within their business unit.You will have a gift for building strong relationships, influencing and bringing people together. You will have a sharp eye for detail and your strategic mindset will guide teams toward successful delivery while continuously improving how we manage projects.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild dynamic partnerships with stakeholders across the businessLead end-to-end project management across initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phasesApply best-practice methodologies and effective change management techniquesFacilitate meetings and workshops to ensure clear requirements and alignmentIdentify risks, define mitigations, and adapt project plans in response to shifting prioritiesManage project governance, schedules, resource allocation, budgets, and compliancePrepare and deliver project reports and handovers, ensuring seamless BAU transitionMust have experience:Minimum 3 years’ experience in project teams, with at least 1 year leading projects that delivered tangible business valueProven ability to plan, coordinate, and manage projects across diverse teamsStrong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skillsExperience gathering business requirements and managing project deliveryFamiliarity with project governance and change management practicesNice to Have ExperienceExperience working with hybrid Agile methodologies and leading continuous improvement initiativesExposure to compliance frameworks such as SOX, GxP, and computer systems validationTechnical SkillsExposure to project management tools (e.g. as MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Visio or similar)Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointDesired but not required: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and/or recognised PM certifications (Scrum, PMP, PPM, PMI-ACP, CSM)Travel Percentage: None
