This position supports continuous improvement and operational excellence by coordinating training, analysing data and dealer claims, administering lean programs and standards, and maintaining key information systems to enhance planning and performance across the facility.Job Responsibilities for this role include:Data Analysis and ReportingDealer Claims AnalysisLean/CI Program Coordination and TrainingAdministration of Facility Improvement Projects & Hosting Kaizen eventsAdministration of Safe Job Procedures, Standard Work, and various facility auditsAssociate Training and Development CoordinationMaintains SharePoint, Power BI & Information RepositoriesSupports Operations with Planning & CalendarsKey skills requirements for this role include:Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviours.Interpersonal Relationships: Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.Data Analytics: Knowledge of techniques and processes for inspecting, cleansing, transforming, and modelling data; ability to discover useful information, draw logical conclusions, and support decision-making.Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.Qualifications and ExperienceExperience with Lean principles or other continuous improvement methodologies preferableBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations or a related field preferableMinimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.Prior experience within a fast-paced warehousing/logistics or manufacturing environmentAdditional InformationWorking environment - 5 days in office
