You will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive project documentation, tracking project developments, and providing relevant reports to senior management. Additionally, you will assist in communicating with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are communicated clearly.   • Assist the project manager in developing project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties for project execution.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation for timely project deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and performance to identify any areas for improvement.
  • Assist in maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to ensure clarity and understanding of project goals.
  • Help prepare project status reports and contribute to presentations for stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in project management or a similar role preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
