Production and Planning Lead

• Develop, implement, and maintain production plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to meet business objectives.
• Manage up to 30 job throughout their manufacturing cycle to ensure scheduling targets are reached
• Analyse production data and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions to optimize processes and reduce waste
• Develop and manage production budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial targets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

• Experience in production planning, working closely with the fabrication and assembly team
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, and reducing costs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret production data and develop actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with production planning software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Experience in a trades role will be highly regarded
