We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Environmental Administration Officer to support our operations across South Australia. This casual role offers flexibility, work up to 3-4 days per week (20 hours/week) on the days that suit you best.You’ll play a key role in supporting environmental approvals, compliance, and cultural heritage obligations. From helping coordinate tenement tasks to keeping our documentation sharp and timely, you’ll be our go-to champion for environmental administration integrity.What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting the Aggregate team with environmental administration tasks
  • Helping coordinate tenure activities and contributing to operational compliance
  • Assist in preparing documentation for approvals and statutory reporting
  • Liaising with experts to gather data and insights
  • Submitting reports and data to relevant authorities
  • Jumping into exciting projects as they arise
About You
  • You’ve got experience in environmental compliance, or you’re a fast learner with a keen interest in the field coupled with a strong administration background
  • You’re confident preparing notices, orders, and navigating approvals
  • You’re a relationship builder with excellent communication and customer service skills
  • You’re organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in both team settings and independent work
  • You’re adaptable, positive, and ready to take on new challenges
