Providing professional customer service to all customers that include over the phone, walk ins, etc.
Preparation of repair orders and correct costing of invoice
Checking of completed repairs
Effectively manage the administration including pre-checking all repair orders prior to vehicles coming in
Reconcile daily cash till with relevant cash sales, invoices and receipts

What we are looking for:

Accurate data entry/computer skills
Great communication skills with an outstanding telephone manner
Exceptional customer service ethic
Experience in the automotive industry preferred however not essential
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Current driver's license
