This is a rare chance to step into a Project Manager role where you’ll take full ownership of luxury multi-residential towers on the Gold Coast. With two major projects recently secured and a strong pipeline ahead, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth in the region.The Company
Our client is a builder/developer who established themselves in NSW before expanding into the SEQ market. They’ve already delivered multiple projects locally and are now entering an exciting phase of growth, with two high-rise residential towers ($80m and $65m) about to break ground. With the backing of a strong national business and the focus of a dedicated Gold Coast team, they offer the security of established systems with the flexibility to deliver projects locally.What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing the delivery of a high-rise apartment project from start to finish
- Managing subcontractors, consultants, and client relationships
- Ensuring programs, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Leading a project team and fostering a collaborative site environment
- Experience as a Project Manager on multi-residential high-rise projects ($50m+)
- Based on the Gold Coast
