Data EngineerAre you an experienced Data Engineer with strong technical documentation and stakeholder engagement skills? This is a great opportunity to support complex Defence initiatives in a collaborative setting where your data engineering expertise will directly influence national capability outcomes.Location: CanberraKey Responsibilities

Lead engagement with Defence business units, project managers, and system integrators
Prepare System Engineering Descriptions (SED) and detailed design documentation
Review and evaluate design documents from System Integrators and for new data projects
Provide technical hands-on support to the Data Engineering team throughout project delivery

Key Criteria

Current NV1/NV2 security clearance and Australian Citizenship are essential
Expert-level knowledge of modern data platforms (Cloud and On-Premise)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
High attention to detail when reviewing complex design documentation
