- Leading proactive and reactive responses nationally alongside the Sales team that are commercially robust and creatively impactful.
- Ownership of the development of winning pitches, proposals and thought leadership with a passion for research and insights
- Articulating the Paramount take on client briefs, crafting compelling territories and creative concepts
- End-to-end ownership of deck completion within time frame, managing internal catch-ups, rehearsal and final presentation flow
- Identifying new assets/products/IP opportunities within the business and matching these with clients to present proactive ideas
- Immersing yourself in culture, media and people trends that uncover unique opportunities for our clients
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role working within the creative/media agency or entertainment space (essential)
- Experience in analysing data, insights and trends, working with key stakeholders to develop proactive opportunities (essential)
- Competent in gathering brand, audience, and category insights to inform our creative ideas
- Ability to distil complex challenges into simple ideas and connecting ideas cross-media
- Experienced in the development and communication of an idea and able to build a compelling creative story
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills, time management skills and confidence to prioritise workflow
- Keen attention to detail, with strong organisations skills
- Confident presenter, rigorously championing the way in which we pitch ideas
