As part of the production team, you’ll be working in a fast-paced, pristine and professional environment, playing a critical role in the manufacturing process. You’ll be trained on the job and supported every step of the way.Your responsibilities will include:

Manual handling of raw ingredients
Operating production machinery (full training provided)
Quality assurance checks throughout the manufacturing process
Accurately following GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety procedures
Meeting strict KPIs in a team-focused environment

What We’re Looking For:

A keen eye for detail and a focus on quality
Good communication, literacy, and numeracy skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
Strong work ethic and proactive approach to work
Eagerness to learn and grow in a long-term role

Previous experience in manufacturing is not required – if you've worked in retail, FMCG, warehousing, hospitality or similar roles, and you're ready for a fresh start, we'd love to hear from you.What’s on offer?
