Senior Market Risk DirectorWe’re looking for a highly skilled risk professional with a proven track record in market risk management, financial instruments, leadership and liquidity oversight to join a leading global financial institution.What you’ll bring:
- 15+ years’ relevant experience, ideally as a Subject Matter Expert in financial instruments, risk metrics, and market risk management.
- Exceptional analytical, technical, and quantitative skills.
- In-depth knowledge of treasury, market risk, liquidity management, secured financing, securitization, and derivatives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at senior levels.
- Proven ability to navigate complex, highly matrixed organisations and drive resolution on challenging issues.
- Must be citizen of AustraliaYou’ll excel if you are:
- A self-starter – flexible, innovative, and adaptive.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to juggle multiple projects.
- A confident presenter who can simplify and communicate complex ideas.
- Highly collaborative and culturally aware, with experience leading across global teams.Bonus points for:
  • CFA or FRM certification.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/VBA, Word, PowerPoint) and SQL.
  • Programming or modelling experience.
