Our client is major mining producer with an opportunity for an Electrical (Rail) Supervisor for rail electrical works at their Port Hedland site.Key Responsibilities

Overseeing the Electrical construction & installation of Rail construction & technology projects – notably, P25 Radio and LTE upgrades
OH&S inspections
Daily interactions with the crew members to ensure all safety compliance in the workplace
Liaison with Engineers and Project Management to resolve contractual scope gap issues between contractors to ensure continuity of installation works
Daily progress reporting
Reviewing and signing off all documentation to allow construction activities to commence
Ensure that quality and workmanship is maintained and not compromised by any milestone deadlines.

11% Superannuation Contribution on ALL hours worked (soon to be 11.5%)

What Skill Set Do I Require?

Hold a WA Electrical Trade Certificate
WA Electrical License
Current WA C-Class driver’s licence
S44 and or S26 Supervisors Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ work experience in a similar role, preferably in the resource sector
The ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and P&ID’s
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and influencing skills to effectively convey daily priorities and action plans
