Client Service Broker

• Support the Senior Client Manager in servicing a diverse portfolio of commercial and mid-market clients across various industries.
• Assist with policy renewals, endorsements, and claims coordination, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
• Act as a key contact for client queries, providing expert guidance and support on insurance products and coverage.
• Prepare client documentation including quotes, proposals, and renewal reports.
• Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client value and support retention and growth strategies.

• Must be Tier 1 qualified in general insurance
• Experience in general insurance, ideally in a broking, underwriting, or client service role.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency in insurance systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
