We are seeking a Systems Engineer to join our team in Darwin on a permanent basis to maintain and monitor business infrastructure and systems.Key responsibilities will include technology implementations, service and project requests, Severity 2 and 3 Incident response and rectification.Previous Experience preferred

Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems, Microsoft Exchange (on-prem & cloud), Active Directory, MS Teams, VMware suite, Microsoft System Centre suite and various other software applications
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience designing, implementing and/or administering infrastructure platform solutions using VMware vSphere.
Designing, implementing and/or administering storage solutions using SAN technologies.
Understanding IT Service Management concepts
Working with challenging networking solutions on physical and/or virtualised platforms.
Incident, Problem and Change Management disciplines, policies and standards, especially in relation to ITIL v4

You will bring with you

Relevant domain System Engineering experience,
High levels of communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive approach.
When required, perform activities after hours and participate in the on-call roster
