This is a critical role for the department, where you will provide expert-level support across the Windows Server Infrastructure, Active Directory, and SCOM environments.Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and maintenance for the Department’s Windows Server Infrastructure.
- Deliver technical advice and guidance to stakeholders and technical peers.
- Develop high-quality documentation, processes, procedures, and reports in line with departmental standards.
- Participate in support rosters to ensure server infrastructure operates seamlessly.
- Perform after-hours or on-call support as required.
- Expert-level experience with Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Microsoft SCOM.
- Strong background with Azure B2C and ADFS.
- Advanced skills in PowerShell scripting.
- Proven experience with ITIL-based Change & Release Management in large enterprise environments.
- Strong technical documentation and process writing ability.
- Hands-on administration of Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience with Microsoft Identity Manager.
- Familiarity with C# scripting.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Conditional Access and modern security compliance methods.
- Relevant Microsoft Certifications in Server Administration and related technologies.
