Due to their ongoing growth, they are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic customer service / internal salesperson to join their team. - Manage inbound sales enquiries (phone, email and in person) including follow ups
- Build strong client relationships to develop optimal solutions
- Partnering with external sales engineers to provide the best customer service
- Drive sales and develop new business opportunities
- Receive hands-on training in communication, negotiation, sales and product applications
- Play a key role in selling renowned brands across various industries
- Previous internal sales experience in manufacturing/engineering fields. Exposure to plastics & related materials is a plus
- Exposure to a manufacturing environment & process
- Strong desire to work in a dynamic customer service environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
- Self-starter with excellent time management skills
- Team player with a positive attitude and a customer centric focus
