We’re recruiting a Senior Research Manager on behalf of a boutique insights agency that delivers full-service research with heart, brains, and purpose. Ambitious and ideas-led, their projects are diverse and impactful – spanning environmental, social, economic, and cultural topics – partnering with clients to uncover the deeper “why” behind behaviour.This is a rare opportunity to:

- Deliver on a range of quant and qual research projects.
- Work across brand, comms, segmentation, influence mapping, and more.
- Contribute to big-picture, socially impactful projects with a clear point of view.
- Drive project design and set-up, including input into:
- Writing questionnaires
- Recruitment screeners
- Discussion guides
- Managing fieldwork suppliers
- Play a key role in analysis, storyboarding, and strategic reporting.
- Take an active role in client liaison, management, and presenting.
- 4–5+ years’ experience in quantitative and qualitative research and insights.
- Solid data skills and proven analysis ability in Q.
- Experience in qual interviewing and group moderation.
- Comfortable juggling shifting priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Curious, collaborative, and confident working end-to-end on survey-based research.
- Open to stretching into co-creation and systems thinking (if not already experienced).
