Senior Network Engineer/Designer (SDWAN)Long-term Contract Location: PerthAbout the RoleWe're seeking a Senior Network Engineer to support the design and development of high-impact network platforms and customer solutions. This is a pivotal role where you'll be supporting critical changes, drive transformation initiatives, and shape the future of our network architecture across multiple domains. You bring a strong SDWAN background.Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for high-profile or critical network changes across major core platforms and customer solutions
Deliver expert consultancy on network designs across multiple platforms, technologies, and customer domains
Estimate resources and timelines for complex, high-value technical projects
Support technical strategy and risk mitigation for network platforms and large-scale customer solutions
Identify system dependencies and integration points; collaborate with cross-functional teams for implementation
Guide and mentor technical design teams across multiple levels and external partners
Support multiple customer domains and technologies with broad technical expertise
Influence senior stakeholders on platform direction, vendor strategy, and commercial impact

Qualifications & Expertise

8+ years in network architecture or design
Strong experience with Cisco SDWAN policies, feature templates, SDWAN Add-on features
Hands-on experience with SDWAN technologies (Cisco,Palo Alto Meraki, Fortinet)
CCNP/CCIE or equivalent certification
Deep knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, and hybrid cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Familiarity with enterprise/datacentre design, WLAN (Cisco/Aruba), and F5 load balancers
Experience with customer facing projects
