- Leading and contributing to the planning, design, and execution of network-related projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Troubleshooting and resolving network-related issues arising during project implementation phases, including testing and deployment.
- Respond to and address incidents escalated by the service desk team.
- Plan and implement network-related projects, including upgrades, new installations, and enhancements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and timelines are adhered to.
- Monitor network performance to assess the need for updates, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
- Recommend and implement options for improving network performance and reliability.
- Ensure all network documentation and procedures are current and accurate.
- Create and update network diagrams, configurations, and process documentation.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver the best quality solutions.
- Experience as a Network Engineer
- In-depth knowledge of Cisco Routers, Aruba switches, Fortinet, Juniper and Palo Alto firewalls
- Thorough understanding of switching protocols including VLANs, Spanning Tree, HSRP/VRRP, LAG, and other switching protocols used in Enterprise Networks.
- Experience configuring Firewalls, Wireless Controllers, and Access Points.
- Experience with Voice and SIP call flow troubleshooting.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and SBCs - Audiocodes experience is a bonus.
- In-depth understanding and experience of routing protocols.
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting IPSec Site to Site VPN's is a must.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
