Our Derrimut Region stretches from Portland to Swan Hill to Wodonga!The Store Manager role involves ensuring smooth store operations to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction while maintaining high safety and cleanliness standards. You will train and coach team members to develop future leaders, manage inventory to minimise losses, and collaborate with your team on various tasks, including registers and merchandising. Additionally, you'll identify improvement opportunities, manage resources effectively to meet goals, and participate in the hiring process to select the best candidates for your team.What do we need from you

Proven experience in leading teams within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Strong leadership skills to motivate, mentor, and guide team members toward success.
