This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic, fun team while receiving full training and ongoing support.The Position:

Lead and inspire the front-of-house team across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
Champion a culture of teamwork, accountability, and passion for excellence.
Drive compliance with contractual obligations and service standards, ensuring seamless daily operations.
Lead by example with a positive, hands-on approach, motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Oversee rostering, workforce planning, and people management to support efficient and engaged teams.

The Person:

Demonstrated leadership and people management experience, including rostering and budgeting.
Practical HACCP food handling expertise with a strong knowledge of allergen management in food service.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, supported by excellent communication skills.
Confidence and independence to make sound operational decisions, with support from the Site Operations Manager.
Current driver's licence and reliable transport to access the site.
