- Oversee rostering, workforce planning, and people management to support efficient and engaged teams.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management experience, including rostering and budgeting.
- Practical HACCP food handling expertise with a strong knowledge of allergen management in food service.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, supported by excellent communication skills.
- Confidence and independence to make sound operational decisions, with support from the Site Operations Manager.
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport to access the site.
