- Success in this role will be underpinned by creativity, consistency of delivery, food safety compliance and a strong team culture focused on development.
- 2 years’ experience working as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment;
- Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery;
- Fantastic written and verbal communication skills;
- Passion for the hospitality industry;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Ability to work under pressure and problem solve;
- Ability to work well unsupervised;
- Premium dining experience is advantageous, but not a necessity!
