Responsibilities will include:

Provide strategic and operational leadership across Occupational Therapy and Hand Therapy services
Lead a large team, including 8 direct reports
Drive service innovation, research translation, and quality improvement initiatives
Ensure the consistent delivery of evidence-based care across acute, sub-acute, and specialist clinics
Support workforce sustainability through supervision, mentoring, and professional development
Partner with the Head of Profession and Allied Health leadership to strengthen care delivery across Monash Health

Reporting to the Head of Occupational Therapy, you will play a pivotal role in service planning, operational oversight, and clinical leadership, ensuring patients and families receive safe, high-quality, and evidence-based care.About UsAs a senior leader at Monash Health, you will be part of a collaborative and high-performing Allied Health leadership team. Qualification and licence requirements include:

Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Drivers licence (travel between sites required)
