- Provide strategic and operational leadership across Occupational Therapy and Hand Therapy services
- Lead a large team, including 8 direct reports
- Drive service innovation, research translation, and quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure the consistent delivery of evidence-based care across acute, sub-acute, and specialist clinics
- Support workforce sustainability through supervision, mentoring, and professional development
- Partner with the Head of Profession and Allied Health leadership to strengthen care delivery across Monash Health

- Extensive experience in clinical practice and team leadership
- Proven ability to manage operational and strategic priorities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A commitment to evidence-based practice and professional development
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Drivers licence (travel between sites required)
