- Developing and delivering strategic activation plans that bring sponsorships to life and maximise partner value
- Leading the execution of digital strategies across club platforms to enhance partner visibility and engagement
- Providing regular performance reports and actionable insights to partners
- Driving revenue growth through partner renewals and identifying new business opportunities
- Represent and uphold the Sydney Swans brand and values in all partner interactions and activations
- Proven sponsorship account management experience in the sports industry (ideally 3+ years, AFL experience is valued but not essential)
- Relevant tertiary education in Sports Management/Marketing or equivalent (desirable)
- Proven experience in the strategy and development of integrated digital and activation campaigns for commercial outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, client-focused, and collaborative approach
