A friendly, independent pharmacy located just 30km south-east of Melbourne's CBD. Situated next to a medical centre, the pharmacy serves a close-knit, family-oriented community with easy access to the beautiful beaches of Port Phillip Bay.Job SpecificationWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to join our pharmacy team. You will be leading a team of 3 pharmacy assistants and 2 pharmacists, providing top-notch patient care and professional services. This role requires a proactive individual with recent Australian pharmacy experience, a proven track record in meeting KPIs, and the ability to drive sales.Roster & Hours:

Tuesday to Friday (with flexibility for alternate Saturdays if desired).
Hours: 9am-6pm or 8am-5pm.

Skills Required

S2/S3 Certificate
At least 2+ years of experience in Australian community pharmacies.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Familiarity with QCPP accreditation processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

Overseeing ordering, stock management, invoicing, and merchandising.
Maintaining relationships with pharmaceutical reps.
Stocktaking and ensuring front-of-shop (FOS) operations run smoothly.

Salary & Benefits

$30-35/hr, negotiable based on experience.
Performance reviews held every six months.
