- Detailed project programming and control and managing project progress and performance
- Variation and contract negotiations
- Managing financials across Projects, budgeting and forecasts
- Design Management
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks, and implementing effective risk management strategies
- Build long-term positive client relationships
- Managing onsite subcontractors, trades and labour requirements
- Managing defect rectification
- Mentoring and coaching Junior Project Managers and Site teams
- Establishing and ensuring compliance with all relevant WHS requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience within the HVAC industry in Australia
- Knowledge of the Australian Standards relevant to the HVAC industry
- Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or a Degree in Construction Management or equivalent
- HVAC Project management skills with experience in handling competing priorities utilising outstanding organisational and planning ability
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
- Ability to analyse and interpret complex activities and/or information to provide innovative solutions
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to adapt to unique and challenging environments
- A strong desire to accept a challenge and deliver results
