Fetch Recruitment is seeking both experienced and entry-level Civil Labourers to join multiple ongoing projects across the Geelong region and Melbourne's south western suburbs.If you're looking for steady work with a supportive team and opportunities to upskill, this could be perfect for you.What you'll be doing

Assisting subcontractors with concreting, drainage & stormwater works
Digging trenches & installing electrical / NBN conduits
General site setup & clean-up (fencing, flagging, moving materials)
Spotting machinery & working as part of a strong site team
Operating machinery (Roller, Loader, Moxy & more - tickets required)

What's on offer

$34 - $36.26 per hour (depending on experience)
Travel allowance - $21.94 per day
Meal allowance - $18.51 (after 9.5hrs worked)
Long-term work with real job security

Supplied PPE.

What we're looking for

White Card (Essential)
Valid driver's licence + reliable transport
Previous civil labouring experience highly regarded (but not essential)
Willingness to do a D&A test
Plant/machinery tickets desirable (but not a deal-breaker)
