- Project Management & Administration: Manage project documentation, update project progress, and assist in the management of subcontracts and variations.
- Financial Oversight: Support cash flow management by preparing cost reports, forecasts, and processing subcontractor and supplier invoices.
- Communication & Collaboration: Collect, submit, and distribute RFI documents, take meeting minutes, and liaise with subcontractors and clients to ensure effective communication and positive relationships.
- Safety & Quality: Contribute to creating a safe work environment, conduct EHSQ audits, and monitor the quality of work to ensure our high standards are met.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the Project Delivery System and contribute to the team's success.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within the commercial construction industry
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Building and Construction
- Basic knowledge of head contracts and subcontracts.
- Experience with industry-specific software such as Procore,will be highly regarded.
- The ability to interpret specifications and drawings for accuracy.
