- Manage end-to-end payroll processing across various entities
- Handle weekly and fortnightly pay cycles
- Preparation of superannuation contributions and workers compensation payments, including all monthly and quarterly reconciliations
- Prepare and post payroll journals in line with finance requirements
- Interpretation of EBAs and Awards
- Ensure compliance with legislative and policy obligations
- Maintain accurate payroll records and respond to staff enquiries
- Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing
- In-depth understanding of EBAs and Modern Awards
- Previous experience in Aged Care, Health Care or NFP highly advantageous
- Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Proficient in payroll systems and intermediate Excel
