- Coordinate and manage all aspects of building projects, including pre-design, design, documentation, contract administration, and post-construction activities.
- Lead and coordinate the activities of project staff, consultants, contractors, managers, and other business units to achieve project objectives.
- Provide high-level contract coordination across both traditional and non-traditional contract systems.
- Act as the key point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day operational matters and ensuring client requirements are consistently met.
- Oversee the implementation of construction and maintenance projects, ensuring all contractual, scope, time, cost, cash-flow, and quality requirements are achieved.
- Lead negotiations with consultants, contractors, local authorities, stakeholders, and clients to deliver value-for-money outcomes.
- Apply professional knowledge and experience to support effective decision-making and stakeholder management.
- Monitor performance by preparing variance and exception reports, conducting project audits, and ensuring continuous improvement across projects.
- Assist senior leadership in developing attainable fees for services and support client billing processes.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Town Planning, or Quantity Surveying.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office Suite.
