Now, we’re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our skilled team at our high-performing Derrimut Service Centre.What You’ll Be Doing

· Lead a team of 4 Fitters and 2 Electricians in a fast-paced, 24/7 operation.
· Own and optimise our Maintenance Management System.
· Deliver a proactive preventative maintenance program that keeps our equipment running smoothly.
· Dive into data diagnostics to uncover trends and drive smarter maintenance decisions.
· Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective solutions.
· Champion safety, automation, and continuous improvement across the site.
What You’ll Bring
· A trade qualification in mechanical or electrical disciplines.
· Proven experience in maintenance leadership within a production or industrial setting.
· Strong working knowledge of MEX or similar CMMS.
· Experience with automated systems (a bonus!).
· A flexible, can-do attitude suited to a 24-hour site.
· A passion for data, problem-solving, and leading by example.
