- Managing commercial issues in consultation with the Business Manager and Contract Manager.
- Managing the complexities of the SRAP Contract, as this requires careful consideration of rights and obligations in support of strategy development.
- Focus on in training and development of the broader team in matters pertaining to managing the head contract and subcontracts, to ensure the ConnectSydney commercial position is optimised.
- Implement and guide the delivery of commercial and/or contractual procedures and processes to ensure compliance and alignment with ConnectSydney SRAP contract.
- Evaluate and review of commercial and contractual risk analysis and mitigation strategies.
- Working through contract documentation with project delivery stakeholders to ensure compliance with the contract obligations.
- Overseas the administration of commercial aspects of subcontractor arrangements, ensuring strict compliance with established contractual arrangement
- Mentor and provide coaching to Senior Contract administrators and project personnel, fostering professional growth and development.
- Ensure continuous improvement in contract administration processes and practices.
- Lead initiatives to enhance contract management systems and tools, implementing best practices and innovations.

- Minimum of 10 years site post graduate experience in contracts administration within the construction industry or other industries as pertinent.
- Several years working in an administrative role and previous experience in financial reporting and budgeting.
