About the Company:Charterhouse is partnering with an esteemed business advisory firm, recognised for providing top-notch services to clients nationwide. They’re in search of a Senior Accountant for their Business Services and Advisory team. This role offers the chance to collaborate with seasoned professionals, fostering the development of a distinctive skill set encompassing taxation, management accounting, and professional services.About the Role:Engage in highly varied and captivating work, supported by exceptional mentorship from Managers and Partners who adopt a hands-on approach and are committed to your success. Key responsibilities for the role include:

Review and preparation of financial statements and income tax returns for all entity types
Offering strategic tax planning and business advisory services, involving the analysis of financial and non-financial data
Establish robust client relationships and aiming to enhance them through the delivery of high-quality services
Identifying potential opportunities for additional work within existing client portfolios and actively promoting the firm
Participating in team training and mentoring initiatives

About You:

CA/CPA Qualified
4+ years’ experience within Public Practice
A thorough understanding of accounting standards and reporting responsibilities
Confident in maintaining and facilitating client relationships
Professionally presented with excellent communication skills
Australian permanent resident
