- SAP Module Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience with the full implementation cycle of SAP Employee Central and SAP Employee Central Time Off. This is the primary technical requirement.
- Must have hands on experience configuring and implementing Employee Central Time Off
- Must have strong demonstrable experience of combined technical and functional experience within the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.
- Mandatory Certification: You must hold current SAP certifications in both Employee Central and Employee Central Time Off. This is a non-negotiable requirements
- Client-Facing Experience: The role is for a consultant, so previous experience in a client-facing position is essential. You must be adept at managing client relationships and expectations.
- HR Process Knowledge: A strong understanding of core HR and payroll business processes is necessary to effectively translate client needs into system solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are critical for conducting workshops, presenting solutions to stakeholders, and building rapport with clients.
