Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Insurer Oversight Framework.
Mentor and guide the Insurance Oversight Analyst, fostering team capability.
Monitor and analyse insurer performance through audits, reviews, and data insights.
Represent ART in insurer service meetings, advocating for member-centric improvements.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to uphold oversight standards.
Produce quarterly insurer reports and provide actionable recommendations.

Extensive experience in financial services or life insurance and claims.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw sound conclusions.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and provide constructive feedback.
Deep understanding of risk management and compliance principles.
Familiarity with Risk Management Frameworks and regulatory environments.
Excellent time management, attention to detail, and project delivery skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and a collaborative mindset.
