About the roleWe’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Senior Insurance Oversight Analyst, you’ll:Day to day, you'll:
  • Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Insurer Oversight Framework.
  • Mentor and guide the Insurance Oversight Analyst, fostering team capability.
  • Monitor and analyse insurer performance through audits, reviews, and data insights.
  • Represent ART in insurer service meetings, advocating for member-centric improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to uphold oversight standards.
  • Produce quarterly insurer reports and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Extensive experience in financial services or life insurance and claims.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw sound conclusions.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and provide constructive feedback.
  • Deep understanding of risk management and compliance principles.
  • Familiarity with Risk Management Frameworks and regulatory environments.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and project delivery skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and a collaborative mindset.
