
Customer Experience Specialist Trainee

- Learn and develop product knowledge to deliver informative demonstrations and explain features and benefits clearly to customers.
- Build strong customer relationships using interpersonal skills, clarifying questions, and anticipating needs.
- Provide high-quality in-store customer service, assisting with vehicle, aftermarket, and finance-related queries.
- Attend customer appointments, support test drives, and assist with vehicle delivery and handover.
- Help prepare and process sales contracts, trade-in documentation, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce and the DMS.
- Support customer satisfaction goals, follow up post-delivery, and assist with valuations and other duties as required.
- Strong interest or background in sales, retail, or the automotive industry, with exceptional customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Confident using Microsoft Office and digital platforms, with strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
- Ability to adapt to different customer needs, deliver excellent experiences, and maintain professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's licence required; a willingness to learn, collaborate, and demonstrate sound judgment and passion for the products is highly valued.
