We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in apartment construction, structures, and finishes to join a well-established builder on a landmark project in the Bayside area.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a respected Tier 2 builder on high-quality developments, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations on mid–high rise apartment projects.
Manage and coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure OH&S compliance and maintain a safe working environment.
Monitor program schedules and drive progress to meet project milestones.
Maintain a strong focus on structures, fit-out, and finishes delivery.
Liaise with the Project Manager and client representatives as required.

Skills & Experience Required:

Proven experience as a Site Manager on apartment projects.
Strong knowledge of structures and finishes in multi-residential builds.
Ability to coordinate multiple trades and drive project delivery.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
A proactive and solutions-focused approach to site management.
