About the RoleJoin a high-profile, multi-disciplinary Scrum team delivering cutting-edge Salesforce Vlocity solutions as part of a major digital transformation initiative. This is your opportunity to contribute to a nationally significant program, collaborating with talented developers, architects, and accessibility experts.Initial Contract - 12 months with Extensions
Location - ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC, WA
Clearance - Australian Citizens or Baseline clearance OR NV1 or NV2Key Responsibilities

Develop robust, reusable, and high-performance Salesforce Vlocity components including Apex, LWC, OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
Collaborate with solution architects and UI/UX teams to ensure quality and accessibility.
Participate in daily Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint goals.
Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices across all environments, including Production.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and governance standards.
Share knowledge and uplift team capability through mentoring and collaboration.
Drive best practices in Salesforce Vlocity development and deployment.

Essential Criteria

Proven experience with Salesforce Vlocity platform, including:

Apex, LWC, OmniScripts, FlexCards
Integration Procedures and DataRaptors
Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and modern frameworks.
Experience with REST APIs, Platform Events, and system integrations.
Salesforce certifications:

Platform Developer I & II
OmniStudio Developer
Experience with GitLab or similar source control tools and package-based development.

Desirable Criteria

Familiarity with Jira, VSCode, and DevOps practices.
Track record of delivering 4+ Salesforce CRM projects using Agile methodologies.
Passion for accessible design and development.
