Fuse Recruitment are seeking for a technically minded, detail-oriented Internal Sales and Service Support Officer to join our team located in Hemmant. In this role, you'll be a vital link between our customers, technicians, and service teams—helping to drive sales by preparing accurate quotes, managing customer enquiries, and handling administrative follow-ups that turn opportunities into real work.What You’ll Be Doing:

Support the technical service team with administrative and documentation tasks
Prepare accurate quotes for repairs and spare parts, based on technician reports and customer requirements
Work closely with technical support to ensure accurate quoting and scope of work
Interpret technical documentation to identify the correct parts and labour required
Provide pricing, availability, and documentation to both internal teams and customers
Follow up on outstanding quotations to maximise conversion to confirmed jobs
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Provide account management and deliver an exceptional customer experience
Liaise with suppliers to confirm pricing and lead times for components
Respond to enquiries from both customers and internal stakeholders promptly

What You’ll Bring:

High levels of organisation, attention to detail, and efficiency under pressure
A relevant trade background or quoting experience in a technical or industrial service environment
Experience in outbound customer calls with a strong sales focus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/quoting systems
A good technical understanding and ability to interpret manuals and documentation
Clear, professional communication skills in a customer-facing environment
High levels of organisation, attention to detail, and efficiency under pressure
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems is an advantage, but not essential
