- Process Sales Orders, invoices and Purchase Orders
- Track, manage and change orders in the system and manage customer inquiries for delivery updates
- Coordinate and scheduling of transport for outgoing orders
- Monitoring of overdue Orders and re-dating due dates as required
- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client, branch staff and commercial team
- Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others
- Utilise your technical knowledge to commercial use and may prepare estimates and designs in accordance with sales and pricing policy
- Supports PM’s and Commercial Manager in sales with quotations and general enquiries.
- Prior experience in an Administration role.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Customer focused and good at building interpersonal relationships.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Work/Outlook) and data entry skills.
- Ability to understand Commercial Products
