Our customers and suppliers are treated like valued partners which means working closely and openly towards sustainable solutions.About the roleWe are seeking a passionate and motivated team player to join the team as an Internal Sales and Support based in Acacia Ridge, QLD.As part of our sales operations, this role is responsible for providing support to our external sales team and ensuring smooth day-to-day customer interactions by managing quotes, orders, client communication and contributing directly to our customer satisfaction and sales success.Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Sales Orders, invoices and Purchase Orders
  • Track, manage and change orders in the system and manage customer inquiries for delivery updates
  • Coordinate and scheduling of transport for outgoing orders
  • Monitoring of overdue Orders and re-dating due dates as required
  • Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client, branch staff and commercial team
  • Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others
  • Utilise your technical knowledge to commercial use and may prepare estimates and designs in accordance with sales and pricing policy
  • Supports PM’s and Commercial Manager in sales with quotations and general enquiries.
What will you bring to the role?
  • Prior experience in an Administration role.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Customer focused and good at building interpersonal relationships.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Work/Outlook) and data entry skills.
  • Ability to understand Commercial Products
