SESLHD is committed to enabling our community to be healthy and well, and to providing the best possible compassionate care when people need it.This position is the first point of contact for all Junior Medical Officers, Hospital staff and visitors to the JMO Unit (Career Medical Officers, Registrars, Resident Medical Officers) and handles all enquiries relating to the rotations, rosters, payroll, leave, registration and immigration.   • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, including customer service focus
  • Demonstrated ability to produce rosters with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in a busy workplace handling high volumes of paperwork, data and incoming/outgoing correspondence while prioritising tasks, deadlines and working under pressure.
  • Demonstrated self-starter who is motivated, reliable, highly organised and has a strong work ethic
  • Experience and competence in using all Microsoft Office applications accurately as well as experience using databases and other systems such as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) such as HealthRoster
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, with a proactive and outcome- focused approach to supporting team goals
  • Relevant qualifications and/or experience in an area such as HR, ideally including an understanding of medical workforce issues.
