Market leading and growing national civil contracting business with blue chip clients Challenging and varied projects from $2m to $30m+, excellent pipeline Excellent career progression and company culture Great opportunity to work with a well-established and reputable civil contractor on projects such as demolition, excavation, capping, cut and fill, remediation and rehabilitation etc. Our client is a well-established and market leading civil contractor, they are looking for an experienced and dedicated Civil Site Supervisor to join their growing business. Our client provides their services across a number of industry sectors such as building construction, industrial, mining and resources, transport infrastructure, environmental etc. and you will be responsible for contributing to the successful delivery of a number of challenging projects. Types of projects include demolition, excavation, cut and fill, retention, piling, foundations, ground improvement, soft and hard landscaping, site remediation and rehabilitation etc. Typical values from $2.5 to $25m but can go up to $30m+ This project will be site based in the Hunter region. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Supervision of crews, plant, machinery, and subcontractors on site Lead the production, support and delivery of the projects in line with time, cost, and quality and compliance requirements Programme daily site works Coordination of employees, subcontractors, plant and equipment Provide advice, direction and support to the project staff Ensure compliance with WHS policies and procedures Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum of 5 to 15+ years’ experience on civil projects, must have bulk earthworks experience Proven ability to effectively lead and delegate Well-developed skills in planning and scheduling Effective problem solving abilities High level of organisation and time management skills Strong computer & paperwork skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite If you have the skills and experience that we are looking for, click on “Apply” to submit your resume.
