As a Brand Manager in Henkel Consumer Brands, you will lead the strategic and operational direction of your brand portfolio, driving growth through innovation and impactful media campaigns. Collaborating with cross-functional teams across Australia and New Zealand, you'll manage high-impact projects and help shape the success of iconic global and local brands. This role is a 12 month Fix Term Contract with a possibility of extension.What you´ll do
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term brand strategies to drive growth and market share across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Utilise market research and consumer insights to inform actionable and effective marketing plans.
  • Create 3-5 year innovation masterplans by aligning global pipelines with local R&D to unlock category and brand growth.
  • Manage end-to-end innovation and new product development processes in collaboration with R&D, Sales, and Supply Chain, using consumer insights to guide key decisions.
  • Plan and deliver impactful ATL and BTL campaigns to maximize brand investment and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Oversee brand P&L and ensure efficient use of marketing budgets in line with KPIs and internal processes.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of brand performance, market trends, and competition to guide prioritization and strategic actions.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal teams, agencies, suppliers, and retailers to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
What makes you a good fit
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with minimum 2+ years of experience in brand management.
  • Proven track record in driving brand growth through successful product launches and consumer-centric initiatives.
  • Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills, with experience managing budgets and P&L.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
