We’re looking for a confident and professional individual to join our team for a 6 month fixed term contract. You’ll play a key role in supporting the team during a period of high activity, responding to general member enquiries about their superannuation accounts.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handling inbound calls and emails from members, providing clear and accurate information about their superannuation accounts.
- Assisting members with account updates, contributions, and benefit queries.
- Ensuring all interactions deliver a positive experience, meeting service standards and compliance requirements.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve member issues efficiently and effectively.
- Prior experience in customer service, within superannuation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
- Knowledge of superannuation is an advantage, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
