- Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- Act as the primary contact point for new and existing clients, delivering a high level of customer service
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including fact-finds and preparing for client meetings
- Facilitate the implementation of client advice and proactively manage applications and documentation.
- Manage communications with all stakeholders, including product providers, insurers, and superannuation funds.
- Ensure legislative compliance is upheld by following established policies and processes with a high attention to detail.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Client Service Officer or in a similar financial advisor support role.
- A client-focused professional with outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills.
- A self-motivated individual with a growth mindset, capable of working both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
