Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Greet and support clients’ needs leveraging phone, email and face to face service and communication skillsPromptly answer phone calls and emails professionally to support client enquiriesLiaising with the bottle dispatch team to complete tasking of client container order requestsPreparation of quotations through the LIMS and assisting with tender and expressions of interest preparationCoordinating the receipt and dispatch of client samples to ALS Environmental laboratories, including liaising with laboratory staff when urgent samples are receivedWorking with internal stakeholders to complete investigations through the ALS Quality Management SystemOccasionally assisting with sorting, packing, labelling, and distributing samples by courier or for pick upLiaise with clients (internal and external) regarding sample submissions and related queriesJoin and nurture a team culture to best support each other and our clients’ priorities.The essentials
